Shipping policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free Shipping (click here to learn more).
Please note that delivery estimates are just that—estimates. They are not guaranteed due to potential delays beyond our control, such as postal service interruptions or customs clearance issues.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping:
We do not offer international shipping. We are currently only shipping in the United States.
Damages, Lost or Stolen Packages, and Other Issues:
We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Returns and Exchanges:
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 10 business days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 business days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

That's why once you’ve received your original artwork, you have twenty (20) business days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund (minus shipping costs, if any).
