Satisfaction Guarantee:
I am committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of my art collectors!
That's why once you’ve received your original artwork, you have twenty (20) business days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund (minus shipping costs, if any).

Returns and Refunds:
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, defective items must be submitted within 10 business days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 business days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
**Please note: We do not offer refunds or returns due to "buyer's remorse."**

Return Process for Defective or Damaged Items:

Notify us within 10 business days of receiving your order by emailing us (click here) with your order number and photos of the defect or damage.
Evaluation:
We will review the information provided and may request additional details to assess the defect or damage.
Return Authorization:
If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
Shipping:
Return the item using the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Replacement or Refund:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
